Vitamin Dosages for Hair Loss

Vitamins are essential to fight against hair problem and to maintain healthy hair. Statistics proved that proper intake of vitamins has significantly improved the appearance and re growth of hair, as well as improved the thickness, strength of existing hair.

Vitamins are an important element of maintaining hair health. There is a connection between your daily diet and hair loss. People with poor dietary see more hair loss than usual. Certain deficiencies in your diet cause hair problems.

Daily diet with proper vitamins helps restore hair. Healthy balance of all vitamins is required by our body to maintain healthy life.
It is important to take all Vitamins properly to encourage Hair Growth. Excessive intake of Vitamins may lead to reverse effect. So it is always suggested to consult your physician before taking Vitamin Supplements.

Now as you know that vitamins are very essential for hair loss. All Vitamins right from Vitamin A to E, have their own importance to maintain healthy hair and re growth.

Vitamin B is very important for hair growth as well as overall health. Vitamin B sources are peas, carrots, beans, cauliflower, nutritional yeast, soy beans, eggs, nuts and bran.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) – 50 mg 3 times daily.
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) – 100 mg 3 times daily.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) – 50 mg 3 times daily.

Biotin

Biotin is for healthy hair, skin and it may prevent hair loss in some cases. Sources of Biotin are bulgur, lentils, green peas, brewer’s yeast, oats, brown rice, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Hair care products containing biotin can be also used for healthy hair.

Biotin Dosage: 50 mg 3 times daily.

Inositol

Inositol is also one of the vital Vitamins for hair growth.

Dosage: 100 mg twice daily.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps improve scalp circulation. It maintains capillaries that carry blood to the hair follicles.

Vitamin C Dosage: 3,000 – 10,000 mg daily.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E improves circulation to the scalp by increasing oxygen uptake. This leads to hair growth and also improves health.
Dosage: 400 IU daily to begin with and slowly increase to 800-1,000 IU daily.

Zinc

Zinc helps improve immune function that in turn encourages hair growth.
Dosage: 50 – 100 mg daily. Caution: Do not exceed this amount.

Human hearing is dependent on the interactions between numerous cell types yet very little is known about the pathways which regulate the development of the functionally essential support cells of the mammalian cochlear sensory epithelium. This study aims to elucidate some of the genetic pathways involved in hair cell and support cell differentiation in the developing cochlea. Specifically, the role of Fgfr3 signaling in pillar cell and hair cell differentiation will be revealed through the use of an in vivo mutant mouse model containing a null Fgf8 gene and in vitro whole organ culturing of the embryonic cochlear sensory epithelia of mice and chickens. The classic localize, activate, inhibit scheme will be employed. This study will demonstrate that Fgf8 and Fgfr3 are expressed by inner hair cells and pillar cells, respectively, and are required throughout development for normal differentiation and pattern formation of the organ of Corti. Inhibition of the receptor or ligand results in the loss of pillar cells and ectopic formation of hair cells, while activation of this pathway inhibits hair cell formation and induces pillar cells or activation of these genes and their proteins have on the formation of hair cell and support cell types. This study also takes a comparative approach by addressing the similarities and differences of the Fgfr3 signaling pathway in the mammalian organ of Corti and the avian basilar papilla. The greatest difference between groups was observed for the highest level of TEN noise. The greatest difference in SNRs was at 4000 Hz compared to other test frequencies for both groups. Both groups performed best (lowest SNRs) at 4000 Hz compared to the other test frequencies. Finally, a main effect of trial was found, revealing that both groups performed statistically better (lower SNRs) on the second trial; however the small magnitude of this improvement (0.37 dB), suggests that the TEN (HL) test has good repeatability for clinical use, at least within the time period assessed.
