Slim Weight



Do the slim fast or weight watchers shakes work to kick start weight loss?

I know…..I know I have to change my lifestyle in order to lose weight, and I have a pretty good start, but have not seen any results. I have pretty much cut out fast food and junk foods. I eat salads, fresh fruits and veggies a lot more than before. I am drinking water like crazy and am exercising moderately by walking, bike riding or tennis daily.
